Step 1 Connect Android Phone to PC

When your phone is successfully connected, select "Contacts" from the left menu bar. Click on "Import or Export" on the top of the interface. And then select "Export selected contacts to computer" or "Export all contacts to computer".
After that, you can select to export phone book to vCard, Outlook Express, Windows Address Book, Windows Live Mail, or Outlook 2003/2007/2010/2013.

Step 3 Start to Clone Address Book to PC
Browse you computer and select a place to store the exported phone book and click "OK" and start the transfer progress. This will start the software to copy and move your phone number list from Android to PC.
