Step 2 Connect both Android Devices to PC

Step 1 Back up WhatsApp messages for Android
Launch WhatsApp on your old Android. Click "Option" key next to your home screen and click "Settings" > "Chat and calls" > "Chats backup" to start the backup process.
Note: For some operating system, the button will be shown on the top right corner of the interface.
Step 2 Transfer the WhatsApp chats to new Android
Download WhatsApp on your new Android and there's no need to launch it. Then, the steps will be different depends on where the WhatsApp/Database is stored: On the external micro SD card or the internal storage.
*If it is on the external micro SD card:
Eject the micro SD card and insert the SD card to new Android (WhatsApp is needed). When the WhatsApp on your new Android finds chat backup, you will see the interface as below. Just tap on "Restore" and then "Continue" when it ends.
*If the folder is stored on internal storage:
