Duolingo data can be transferred from one Android to another with the help of Phone Transfer which helps copying app data between Android phones running Android 2.3 to Android 6.0.
Download and install Phone Transfer on your computer. After the installation, launch the program on your computer and you will see the interface as below. Choose "Phone to Phone Transfer" in the interface.
