Download and install Phone Transfer on your computer. When everything is ready, launch Phone Transfer on your computer and choose "Phone to Phone Transfer" in the main interface.
Step 2 Connect Android Phones to PC
Use the USB cables and connect both your Android to the computer. When the program detects your Android devices, it will be shown in the interface. Make sure that your old Android phone is listed on the left as source device and the destination one on the right so that you can transfer game records from old Android phone to new one. If they are not on the right place, you can simply correct it by clicking on "Flip" button.
Note: Except for the popular phone models, Phone Transfer also works perfectly on the latest Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge+/S7 Edge/S7/A9/A7/A5, Google Nexus 6P/5X, LG G5/G Flex 3/V10, HTC One M10/X9/A9, Sony Xperia Z6/C6/M6 Ultra/Z5, etc.
Step 3 Transfer Game Records and Scores between Android Devices
Now, you can choose "App Data (Root)" in the interface. If you haven't had your Android phone rooted, Phone Transfer will temporarily root your Android and remove it after the transfer. You can transfer other data if you like: Contacts, text messages, calendar, call logs, photos, music, videos and more.
Now, all the game records will be transferred from your old Android phone to another one. Not only Android games, but also Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Skype and more app data will be copied to the new Android phone thanks to Phone Transfer.
