How to Rebuild iTunes Library Quickly

Part 1: Back Up iTunes Library

Step 1 Download TunesGo on PC
Download and install TunesGo on your computer. Then, you will see the interface below. Move your mouse to "MANAGE" option and you will be shown two options: "Organize" and "Backup/Restore".

Step 2 Choose to Backup iTunes Library
After choosing "Backup/Restore", you will get a popup showing you two options: "Backup" and "Restore". Choose "Backup" to backup your iTunes library to computer or on an external drive so you can restore your library anytime you want to.

Step 3 Start Backup iTunes Library
Now, the contents in your iTunes including the music, downloads and more will be detected and listed out. You just need to choose a backup path and click on the green "Backup" to start the backup. After that, you just need to click "OK" to end the progress.

Part 2: Restore iTunes Library on Your New PC

Step 1 Move the Backup File to Your New Computer
As you've backed up your iTunes library after following the first part, you should move the iTunes library backup file to your new computer. There are several options for you to choose to move iTunes backup file to new computer:
1. External Drive: Move the backup file to an external drive and plug in the external drive to your new computer.
2. Cloud Service: Upload the backup file to the cloud service such as Dropbox, Google Drive and sign in the same account on your new computer.

Step 2 Launch TunesGo on New Computer
After preparing the iTunes library backup file on your new computer, you need to download and install TunesGo on your PC now. After that, launch the excellent program and choose "MANAGE" > "Backup/Restore" > "Restore" on your computer.

Step 3 Restore iTunes Library from TunesGo Backup
After that, the backup file will be detected and shown in the table. You can choose the latest backup file you would like to restore if there are more than one backup files detected. Then, choose the items you would like to restore and click the green "Restore" at the bottom.

Note: You can also choose to delete the entire iTunes library before restore from backup.
