If you like to fall asleep while listening to music, it is really a good idea to have a way to turn the music off automatically after you've fallen asleep, right? However, there is no Music app feature in iOS that can automatically shut down the running music player after a certain amount of time.

Luckily, you can use the built-in Clock app on iPhone, iPad or iPod to set a sleep timer to sleep your device once time runs out. In this way, you can get a better sleeping time without having to wake up and manually shut off your music.

Here is how to set up a sleep timer on iPhone music that can automatically stop playing the music after a specific point in time. It's really easy to do.

How to Set A Sleep Timer on iPhone Music

Step 1: Open up the Clock app on your iPhone and tap on Timer at the bottom.
Tap Timer on iPhone
Step 2: Select a specific time limit on the Timer to decide for how long you want the music to play. Say, for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, etc. Then tap the button labeled When Timer Ends.
