Step 1. Find "Transfer my Data"
Firstly, make sure that "Transfer my Data" is installed on your Windows phone.

After entering "Transfer my Data", make sure that Bluetooth on both your phones are enabled. Then, tap on "continue" and find the Android device you want to transfer data from. When you choose your device name, there will pop up a small window asking you if you are sure to pair your Windows phone and Android. Tap "OK".

Step 3. Scan and Transfer Data from Android to Windows Phone
And you will receive a window saying that the Windows phone is asking to read your contacts, text messages, photos and more. Just choose yes to move on. Before long, the contacts, photos, and text messages on your Android will be listed in your Windows phone. Tick the data type you want and tap on "Start" to start the transfer. Just wait till the files all transferred to your Windows phone.

The steps to transfer data from iPhone to Windows phone are quite similar to that of transferring Android to Windows phone.

1. Enable Bluetooth on both your iPhone and Windows phone.
2. Choose your iPhone device name on Windows phone to have it paired.
3. Turn to your iPhone and allows Windows phone to read your contacts, text messages and photos, if you want to them to be transferred to your new Windows phone.
4. Before long, all your contacts will be scanned and you just need to tick the data type and click "Start" to start the transfer.
