To sync app data between Samsung phones, we can try Phone Transfer, which is good at syncing Android apps as well as app data.
Download and install Phone Transfer on your computer. Launch it after everything done. When you see the main interface as below, choose "Phone to Phone Transfer".
Step 2 Connect Samsung Phones to Win/Mac
After choosing the data type, you will be asked to connect both your Samsung phones to your computer via USB cables.
Note: Make sure that the Samsung Galaxy that you want to transfer data from is listed in the left side of the interface and the destination phone on the right.
Step 3 Transfer App Data from Old Samsung to new Galaxy S/Note
After your Samsung phones connected to the computer, the program will start scanning files on your source Samsung. As you want to transfer app data, you can tick the box next to "App Data (Root)" and the "App" category will be selected automatically as well. You can also tick the box next to the data types you want and click "Start Transfer" to start the progress.
The progress bar will show you the process of the transfer. When it finished, you can find that all the app data including the messages, photos, videos and music of your Facebook Messengers, Instagram, Viber, WeChat and WhatsApp Messages transferred from old Samsung to new one with the help of Phone Transfer.
