To solve the text messages issues, you have to turn off the wireless location service off. Next I will take Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (Android 4.3) as an example to show you how.

Step 1. Go to the settings option
First of all, find "Settings" icon on your Android. Then, choose the connection option and tap "Location services".

Step 2. Disable "USB Wireless networks"
In the next screen, you will see several choices. Uncheck the box next to "Use Wireless networks" and after that, your phone will not be located even under Wi-Fi connection.

Note: If you used iPhone and now turn to Android with your phone number still registered with iMessages, it is likely that you can't receive messages from iPhone/iPad. To solve this, you need to deregister iMessages on your iPhone.
